The Gender Lab

Collaboratio Helvetica invited Nicole Schwab to co-design their first Social Lab on the topic of Gender Equality (2017-2018). This 9-month collaborative process brought together 20 diverse explorers to answer the following quest: how can we, as individuals & organisations committed to transforming society, fully practice and embody Gender Equality? Through a deep-dive combining personal enquiry with societal and organisational sense-making, the explorers generated deep insights and developed a series of prototypes specifically addressing the Swiss context.
